Discount rules
The more you book, the better the rate.
The discount is based on the number of selected services, not the number of people. The calculator applies it automatically to the subtotal.

Totals are rounded to the nearest rand. The discount is not cumulative with other promotions unless the arena confirms it in writing.

Is the quotation a confirmed booking?
No. It is a price breakdown based on the services you selected. The arena confirms availability, final pricing and payment details directly by email or phone.
Why does each line say per player or per booking?
Some services are priced per person, others per booth, team or party. The small note under each service explains the unit. The quotation uses those listed prices exactly as shown.
Can I get a PDF of the quote?
Generate the quotation, then use “Print / save PDF” to open your browser's print dialog and save the quote as a PDF. Nothing is uploaded.
What happens when I submit my details?
Nothing leaves this device — the page validates your details and builds the breakdown locally. To turn a quote into a booking, email bookings@nextlevelarena.co.za or call +27 (0)11 555 0199.
